Most Wanted is a prioritized list of assets that need presence confirmation. It surfaces the assets where a confirmed sighting is most overdue — the ones that earn the most points — so you can make the biggest impact in the least time. Open it from the ⚡ Most Wanted button on the home screen.

When to use Most Wanted

  • Downtime between tasks — Tech finishes a helpdesk ticket with 20 minutes free. Opens Most Wanted, works through the top cards, earns points without needing to plan a route.
  • Active sprint competition — Admin launched a timed sprint. The home screen card turns orange. Techs work the queue to climb the leaderboard before time runs out.
  • Targeted coverage push — A specific asset type keeps aging out of confirmation (e.g., portable ultrasounds that move between departments). Admin runs a sprint targeting those assets; techs work Most Wanted to close the gap.
  • New tech onboarding — A new team member starts. Their trainer points them to Most Wanted for the first week. They build the attestation habit by following the queue without needing to know the floor layout.
  • Approaching a compliance deadline — Two weeks before a Joint Commission visit, the team needs all assets confirmed within 30 days. Most Wanted surfaces exactly what needs attention and makes it easy to work through systematically.

Sprint banner

When a sprint is active, a banner appears at the top of the Most Wanted screen showing your live sprint stats: The banner is only visible when a sprint is running. When no sprint is active, it does not appear.

The Queue tab

The Queue shows assets ranked by how long it has been since anyone confirmed their location. Each card shows:

Point tiers

The 🔥 assets are your highest-priority targets. These are the devices most at risk of being in the wrong location or missing entirely.

Searching

Type in the search bar to find a specific asset by tag, name, or location. Results update as you type. Tap to clear.

Filtering

Use the filter chips to narrow the queue by point tier: The point filter and search work together — for example, filter to 🔥 10 pts and search for a room name to find your highest-value targets in a specific area.

Locked assets

A card showing 🔒 Locked has already been confirmed by another tech during the current sprint. It will not earn you points and cannot be re-confirmed until the sprint ends.

Starting a confirmation

Tap any unlocked card to go directly to the Presence Confirmation screen. Scan the asset’s barcode — you do not need to manually locate the asset first.
Work through the 🔥 cards first. Ten-point assets take the same amount of time as one-point assets but contribute far more to your score.

The Leaderboard tab

The Leaderboard shows how techs on your team rank by total confirmation points.

Time periods

Use the filter chips to switch between views: Your row is highlighted in blue. The top three ranked techs display medal icons.

Points and sprints

Earning points

Points are recorded the moment you confirm an asset. The number of points depends on how stale the asset was at the time of the scan — it is calculated automatically. You cannot earn points by scanning an asset that is already locked by another tech in the same sprint.

Sprints

A sprint is a time-limited competition set up by your admin — typically a week or two. During a sprint:
  • The Sprint leaderboard period appears on the Leaderboard tab
  • A sprint banner appears on your home screen showing your current score and rank
  • Assets confirmed during the sprint are locked and cannot be re-confirmed by other techs until the sprint ends
When a sprint ends, points roll into the All Time total and the next sprint (if scheduled) begins.
If no sprint is currently active, the Sprint filter on the Leaderboard tab is hidden. Points still accumulate toward This Month and All Time.

Points earned sheet

After each successful confirmation, a sheet pops up showing how many points you just earned: Done — dismisses the sheet and returns you to scanning mode. Next in queue → — dismisses the sheet and navigates back to the Most Wanted queue so you can pick the next target without interrupting your flow.
