Most Wanted is a prioritized list of assets that need presence confirmation. It surfaces the assets where a confirmed sighting is most overdue — the ones that earn the most points — so you can make the biggest impact in the least time.
Open it from the ⚡ Most Wanted button on the home screen.
The Queue tab
The Queue shows assets ranked by how long it has been since anyone confirmed their location. Each card shows:
| Field | What it means |
|---|
| Asset name / tag | The device identifier |
| Last location | The room where it was last confirmed |
| Days since last seen | How long ago a confirmation was recorded |
| Points badge | How many points confirming this asset earns |
Point tiers
| Badge | Points | Condition |
|---|
| 🔥 | 10 pts | Never confirmed, or not confirmed in 90+ days |
| ⚡ | 3 pts | Not confirmed in 30–89 days |
| ✓ | 1 pt | Confirmed within the last 30 days |
The 🔥 assets are your highest-priority targets. These are the devices most at risk of being in the wrong location or missing entirely.
Searching
Type in the search bar to find a specific asset by tag, name, or location. Results update as you type. Tap ✕ to clear.
Filtering
Use the filter chips to narrow the queue by point tier:
| Filter | Shows |
|---|
| All | Every asset pending confirmation |
| 🔥 10 pts | Only the highest-value never/long-overdue assets |
| ⚡ 3 pts | Assets not confirmed in 30–89 days |
The point filter and search work together — for example, filter to 🔥 10 pts and search for a room name to find your highest-value targets in a specific area.
Locked assets
A card showing 🔒 Locked has already been confirmed by another tech during the current sprint. It will not earn you points and cannot be re-confirmed until the sprint ends.
Starting a confirmation
Tap any unlocked card to go directly to the Presence Confirmation screen. Scan the asset’s barcode — you do not need to manually locate the asset first.
Work through the 🔥 cards first. Ten-point assets take the same amount of time as one-point assets but contribute far more to your score.
The Leaderboard tab
The Leaderboard shows how techs on your team rank by total confirmation points.
Time periods
Use the filter chips to switch between views:
| Period | Shows |
|---|
| Sprint | Points earned during the current active sprint only (visible when a sprint is running) |
| This Month | Points earned in the current calendar month |
| All Time | Cumulative points across all time |
Your row is highlighted in blue. The top three ranked techs display medal icons.
Points and sprints
Earning points
Points are recorded the moment you confirm an asset. The number of points depends on how stale the asset was at the time of the scan — it is calculated automatically. You cannot earn points by scanning an asset that is already locked by another tech in the same sprint.
Sprints
A sprint is a time-limited competition set up by your admin — typically a week or two. During a sprint:
- The Sprint leaderboard period appears on the Leaderboard tab
- A sprint banner appears on your home screen showing your current score and rank
- Assets confirmed during the sprint are locked and cannot be re-confirmed by other techs until the sprint ends
When a sprint ends, points roll into the All Time total and the next sprint (if scheduled) begins.
If no sprint is currently active, the Sprint filter on the Leaderboard tab is hidden. Points still accumulate toward This Month and All Time.
Points earned sheet
After each successful confirmation, a sheet pops up showing how many points you just earned:
| Badge | Label |
|---|
| 🔥 | 10 pts |
| ⚡ | 3 pts |
| ✓ | 1 pt |
Done — dismisses the sheet and returns you to scanning mode.
Next in queue → — dismisses the sheet and navigates back to the Most Wanted queue so you can pick the next target without interrupting your flow.
